Remove unused libs/directories #209

Are the following directories/libs used at all?

If not please remove. This might break backwards compatibility so please consider this when version bumping.

Libs is required, wpalchemy builds the page title, subtile options on posts and pages.

Cache is good to deelte, looks like it was timthumb

Is this not "deprecated" in favour of Custom Meta Boxes which appears to do the same thing and more?

it does need to be updated yes. CMB could easily replace it.
