Imports #216

The _imports dir could and should be migrated to BC WordPress base.

Alternatively we could start another repo which is called "BC Configs" which is simply a list of config files.

@neilberry001 and @nickwoodland Please provide thoughts...

I'm in favour of migration to BC-WP-Base.

SEO import needs reviewing which i think @nickwoodland has a task to do somehwere

@nickwoodland Please ensure the SEO import is upgraded. If there's not an Issue then raise one for yourself.

@neilberry001 Can you go ahead and migrate this when you have a chance?

@getdave No sign of a task for this in tanlinell. Can you clarify exactly what you mean by "upgrading the SEO import"? Then I can create a task for this and crack on

sorry i think it was W3TC that needed review. can we have default install settings for this plugin ?
