Organise and better define the Import files #255

I'd like these files to be organised into directories

I would also like each one to be checked for correctness and tested to ensure they are up to date with modern standards.

Be aware that for W3 Total Cache we'll need one version for a dedicated server and another for a shared server environment.

@getdave this is now the only ticket relating to imports. work to be done here

This work is still outstanding. Can this be completed at some point soon?
