[x] Update iOS and Android apps based on Ditto SDK v4.0.0
[x] They use OnlinePlayground instead of OfflinePlayground
- enableCloudSync = false
[x] call disableSyncWithV3() on iOS and Android
[x] Manually tested sync
[x] Upload to Stores (reviews have done)
