Upgrades the getdns dependency to getdns 1.0.0b2.
The semantic versioning standard should be used in future releases. Will open a new issue for this.

It seems the failing build for node v6 is due to an intermittent problem (see #13) as the build passed for the (same) stable node version. Merging
