Test build #17

This pull request contains a bunch of changes from the past week or so. I don't completely trust the tests when run on my computer, due to several iterations of getdns installations from both brew and source. This, in combination with changes in getdns-node, means I'd rather run tests on the build server.

If tests pass, I'll most likely restructure the code/commits a bit more before releasing a new version.
