Order details page table is not well aligned

Bug Description

On the order details page the details box alignment is not looking in proper manner it has some alignment issue please refer to the screenshot attached for more details also what does the event column means there ? it doesn't have any details what will show up there ?

Step To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Vendor Dashboard'
2. Click on 'Any of the order details page'
3. See error

Expected Behaviour

The table box should show in proper manner also help with the event column what it is ?

Actual Behaviour

Not aligned well and event column is blank

@Eh-Mr-SK Currently, we are not getting this type of issue in BuddyBoss theme. Kindly recheck this issue. If the issue is no longer reproducible on your end, please inform us accordingly so that we can proceed to close the issue.
