NEW VERIF MODULE - Incorporate the Verification notes in the emails sent to sellers #2294

Following up on customer support ticket #65735

We can add notes to the documents that the seller has sent to the admin in Dokan Admin > Verification (https://snipboard.io/7LpJyV.jpg), which then triggers the Dokan Seller Verification Status Updated email template, sent to the seller.

Would be great to have the notes added to the documents, added in the email 'Seller Verification Status Updated' which has the status 'pending' then and that is triggered when we add a note to the documents.

It will streamline the verification process for the admin, and the seller will already know my email why the document has been rejected instead of needing to log into his dashboard.

@imtiaz-pranto Awesome news 😊 Looking forward to seeing this feature and until it is released, I will keep the phone verification hidden to streamline the onboarding process.
