MS-SQL Database Support #851

Would be nice if Microsoft SQL Server (and by extension SQL Edge) was supported.

It looks like tiberius is the main MS-SQL Client for Rust.

This is definitely useful. We're finalizing the specification for connectors. Once that is done, we'll be able to see what it takes to implement MS SQL support.
