Fix getgovroam distribution issue by changing App ID prefix

The fix seems to be to have the App ID prefix to be the Team ID.

• iPhone -> getgovroam 2.0 (27)

✅ test approved Because I can see the app in TestFlight on MacOS, and I can set an account on iPhone, I can approve this ticket
