Username/password credentials in .eap-config are unused #35

When Username/Password credentials are embedded in the .eap-config, geteduroam for Windows still prompts for credentials. (This does not happen with certificates.)

Thanks @jornane for pointing out my mistake ;-) and it does work well if you follow the xsd properly.
