From GitHub Actions docs: The ubuntu-latest label is currently transitioning to the Ubuntu 22.04 runner image. During the transition, the label might refer to the runner image for either Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04. Read blog post here.
Failed build logs here.
Right now switched to Ubuntu 20.04 version as a workaround.
Will be fixed in next release.
