Local Version 7.0.1+6387 Win11 & Newest Updates

I see with both Router Mode "Site Domains" and with "Localhost" the green message in right-top corner ~"Instant Reload enabled".
BUT NOTHING happens if I change any CSS properties in described folders wp-content/plugins and wp-content/themes in a sub-theme

PROPOSAL

VARIANT-01: PLEASE REMOVE this Add-On "Instant Reload" because it is NOT WORKING
VARIANT-02: Fix it (and don't consume end-users time - because it is NOT WORKING)

PS: I am very sorry, this may be impolite, but did this add-on any time work ever correctly (with technical respect, because this problem is not so easy to implement, honestly!)

I'm running into the same issue — using Local Beta 8.0.0 on macOS 10.15.7.
