Great book, though I'd say "Getting Things Done" had a bigger influence on me, personally.

Damn I haven't heard of that one. I'll add it to my wish list on Audible.

My mistake. I meant to say "Getting Real", which is a free PDF put out by 37signals a long time ago here.

But David Allen's "Getting Things Done" has also been influential, though it can be long and pretty involved, and not for everyone.

I have the audiobook of Getting Things Done and couldn't get through it. Argh. I'll give it a go again. Someday.

Getting Real was more meaningful to me than Rework as well, in terms of 37s books.
