Allow test projects to exist outside of $GOPATH by using Go Modules.

Fixes #18

Here my feedback.

gauge init go works as expected outside GOPATH 👍
gauge run behaves as expected indicated to do go mod init <module>first. Very kind 🥇

All in all I am more than happy with it. Starte using it already.
