Actual behavior The Visual studio IDE crashes and restarts

Steps to replicate

Open Visual Studio
Create a gauge-csharp project
Add a new unimplemented step
Give an implementation The IDE crashes and restarts

Version

Gauge version: 0.9.8.nightly-2018-05-02
Commit Hash: c23df9f

Tracking Running from command line gives the following error separately - https://github.com/getgauge/gauge-visualstudio/issues/229

cannot see it crashing, but implement step was not working.

fix should be available in nightly >= 04-may-2018
