No way to remove jQuery from frontend page load

This was initially reported on discourse forum, but IMO it begs for an issue here.

On Admin System Assets configuration page there's a Collections field with default entry of jQuery

There are several issues with it:

• This always loads on frontend also, even if page doesn't use jQuery at all
• Trying to remove this jQuery entry or collection, gives an error about invalid YAML. If you proceed, entry remains (not removed)
• If you simply delete that jQuery string (second input in screenshot), it's not loaded on frontend page anymore, but then Admin stops working (because it doesn't load on backend also)

My suggestion:

• Allow removal of that collection (better yet do not add it by default with plugin)
• Make jQuery load on Admin independent of these inputs

🤦‍♂️ Apparently {% do assets.addJs('jquery', 101) %} was buried deep in one of templates which loads the form...
