[minor] Quark theme error #2331

/admin/themes/quark:

  1. enable Dark Style
  2. save: dark theme is not applied
  3. clear all cache: dark theme is not applied

this is after a fresh, default install

Grav v1.7.38 - Admin v1.10.38

my fault - this option changes the header colors only
