typo @ "IPv6 Subnet Size" #2338

In Grav Grav v1.7.38 - Admin v1.10.38 UI,

@ admin/plugins/login -> Security tab,

the value for "IPv6 Subnet Size" is labelled incorrectly as 'minutes'

the value is a network range (e.g., default "/64")
