Message not sent if no user defined #159

Trying to send test message from CLI

bin/plugin email test-email -t test@example.com

fails (empty result, no message sent, no errors even with plugin debug enabled) if no Grav user is already created in user/accouts directory. If one creates Grav user, test message is sent ok.

Sounds like an error (sending mails from installations without Grav users should work).

I can't replicate this anymore. Please test with Email 4.0 (currently in testing) - https://getgrav.org/blog/new-email-plugin
