My feed contains <pubDate>Thu, 12 Apr 2018 09:30:00 -0700</pubDate>.

The offset from GMT is not correct for my location. Does it get picked up from my server? I don't see anywhere within Grav to set the time.
Can I simply remove the O from line 25 of feed.rss.twig (and similarly remove P from the Atom twig)?
