Use Grav current language rather than lang setting #56

If LangSwitcher is enabled, use current language provided by LangSwitcher as RSS feed language code, superseding lang code from Feed plugin settings.

Actually, Grav current language is always available, thus it can relied upon even when LangSwitcher is not installed, and supersede lang setting at all times. I can squash both commits if you want, so that the first (now useless) one disappears :)

I am closing in favor of #57, as it contains this fix.
