Swap Forgot link and Login button. #289

Seems kind of weird to have the Forgot link before the Login button. It also flows more naturally when using TAB to move focus around. I've been looking around, trying to find a clear trend, and while I see no clear winner, I sill think it's better that way (I know, it's a poor argument). This is a highly opinionated change proposal so feel free to dismiss it.

That was mostly an opinion and I couldn't care less. now. Closing
