“Allow login” option on Maintenance plugin doesn't work on website frontend for Grav 1.1.1.

And "Allow login" is still broken in Maintenance plugin version 1.2.0

Replicated. The problem is a side-effect introduced by a change in the Login plugin to avoid another issue (https://github.com/getgrav/grav-plugin-login/issues/59).

Will be solved in the next Login + Maintenance plugin releases. You can now grab the latest develop packages.
