<h1> and <h2> not rendered on the user site #13

I just tryed the plugin, and, have seen, that the h1 and h2 are not rendered ok on the page.

please look at the attached image, and you will see the problems.

<h 1>Site Offline</h 1> <h 2>Please check back soon...</h 2> (have extra added some spaces here, because, the github editor render this elseways)

and the buttons are somehow to big, and missplaced, i think? auswahl_294

Gantry has its own offline mode.

In the mean time this bug is valid for sites that have Twig Templating > Autoescape variables turned on. Gantry forces it to be always on.

@NicoHood still have this problem with autoscape variables

I guess i forgot to release it!!! Release 1.3.3 now, should be available in about an hour.
