No search results if Category is filter again #113

Hi,

I just updated to 1.10.2 (from 1.10.0 if I'm not mistaken), and it seems issue #30 repparead. I now have to add

filters:
  category: []

manually to the conf to get results. But it gets removed when I save the from from the admin.

Sorry for the delay, I got the problem. https://github.com/getgrav/grav-plugin-simplesearch/commit/8c56aefa5730f039dcab8e839ca598c5ecd779c5 should fix it, if you can test

Adding "none@" in the category filter box should make it work
