Update simplesearch.yaml #121

It seems to make more sense to have the default be @none so users can search the entire site (at least users can see the search working right out of the box).

I think it makes sense, but actually this would change the default behavior of the plugin for sites that did not save a custom configuration, so I’m not sure if this can be merged, or people might update and not realize that their search now doesn't just search on their blog.
