Update documentation:

Add yaml highlighting
Change links to https (grav.com/github.com)

But they are. It depends how you visit your sitemap URL If you go to http://domain.com/sitemap, links will be http If you go to https://domain.com/sitemap, links will be https

There are 2 changes in the commit. The description is just the commit msg. To clarify: The links to grav.com and github.com were changed to https.

Oh, so sorry 🙂 Somehow I thought it's an issue instead of PR and didn't even notice there are changed files 🤦‍♂️
