DOMDocument::loadHTML(): Empty string supplied as input #54

When loading https://www.tanz-balance-magdeburg.de/sitemap i get an error:

DOMDocument::loadHTML(): Empty string supplied as input

This is the same when loading a page with empty content.

My google console shows that the site map was read last on 1/23/18. What can i do to find the reason of the problem?
