Route localization attempt based on the translated slugs #79

Using custom slugs if found through the translated markdowns of the pages hierarchy... this should lead to a better SEO for multilanguage websites

Hello, this should help with the issue #42 and it could be related to #59

I'm not sure this is needed any more.. The routes should already be translated in the new version 3.0.
