[site-toolbox] SVG icons installation issue due to anauthorized licence

I bought a Typhoon Theme licence key, installed the Licence Manager plugin and entered the key with "typhoon" as slug. When I try to install the Typhoon theme I see an error regarding SVG Icons plugin:

php bin/gpm install typhoon

I'm pretty new to Grav so I guess I just did something wrong. But even after going through the Docs and FAQs and can't figure out what it is.

You should have received licenses for site toolbox as well as lightbox gallery when you purchased typhoon. Please check your email again as the license link should have all 3

Well, I just found it! Sorry! I didn't realized that I need to click on "Click here to visit your content" because the Typhoon Theme key was already displayed below it. My fault!
