Grav Logo instead of custom logo/name #399

I want to replace the Grav Logo by my one custom Name/Logo. On Typhoon Documentation one can see that on "Header Bar Defaults" we have a Custon logo with a box to "Drop your files here or click in this area". (the 3rd field) It happens that I don't hav that field. And I can't find any other way to "change" it.

Also could you please tell me where to find the "Menu Configuration" (also stated in Typhoon Documentation)
