[lightbox-gallery] ignores width and height settings #68

Lightbox Gallery plugin ignores width and height settings and images always cover 100% of width or height of the screen.

I looked into this and we are passing the proper width and height chosen into the GLightbox script. However, it doesn't appear to be used and the height is being controlled by CSS. I have noticed there is an existing ticket to this effect on the GLightbox issue tracker, so it seems to be an upstream issue.

I will monitor this and update the JS when a fix is made available.

@izumitelj This has been now fixed in upstream (https://github.com/biati-digital/glightbox/issues/234) and I just released v1.0.5.

Hi! I've just revisited this and it has unfortunately NOT been fixed – width and height from plugin settings are completely ignored. Please check and reopen this issue until fixed. Thanks
