Skeleton stops working after updating to latest version of Grav #3

Here's what I did...

  1. extracted the skeleton to the htdocs/notepad directory
  2. added users/accounts folder since it is not included in the skeleton file
  3. opened site in browser http://localhost/notepad
  4. create my Admin account
  5. from the dashboard page select 'Upgrade Grav'
  6. After the upgrade is completed I cannot access the site any longer

Still dont working... this skelton... noice why even can download?
