Navbar behaviour broken #23

This is a simple, stylish theme. I'd love to use it. Unfortunately the navbar behaviour has been lost since it's release. I've compared it with the original (https://y7kim.github.io/agency-jekyll-theme/), see attachment. navbar.zip

Can anyone fix this?

It looks only the demo is suffering from this. It works when freshly installed.
