Changing the directory for "latest posts"? #11

I want to have my blog posts in my root folder or at least no "/blog/" inside the url. How can i change the "latest posts" page to display blog posts from the pages directory?

Set Hide Home in URLs option in the system config to false, pages under the home url will not have the home folder name in the route.
