Suggestion: Post to Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn Plugin #1986

It would be an interesting addition to have syndication links and a webmention endpoint too, so that responses could come back via something like brid.gy

I did try and do a bit of work on this, but gave it up in the end for a different webmention endpoint.
