Fixed multilingual URL bug #30

Sorry, this is my first time trying to correct a bug.

The website logo (upper left or lower right) would link to a badly formed URL after you switched language.

Open webpage in language EN (i.e, terms and conditions) Switch language to DE Click on website logo (URL had multiple times the country code, and is badly formed) Get 404
