(GH-9) Enable use as a hugo module #10

This PR does the minimal work to make the bookworm theme a functional hugo module by adding the go.mod file.

Resolves #9

NB: This commit does not include an update to the installation documentation, which would need to live in the documentation repository and based on my understanding of the content block, would require all of the other themes to get this update as well (or else add a temporary conditional handler until implemented across all of them).
