change font source

since the font-family we use (Circular) isn't available on Google Fonts, I have added the font files and changed the source.

• added .woff and .woff2 files of Circular font
• added the font-face file for Circular
• changed the source from Google Fonts to a file from the project itself
• removed "Updated on [date]" from articles
