turkish character bug fix on faq shortcode #160

When i using faq shortcode, i saw turkish characters(like "ı", "ç") broke accordion system. I solved this problem by taking the key in another parameter. Unless parameter, everything is same.

Hello @ohanedan

Thanks for your contribution, but this is not the way to fix this problem. a user won't get it. maybe replace those 2 characters would fix the problem.

Hi, thanks for response.

Replace looks like a temporary fix. I looked the functions in the hugo documentation. If we change anchorize function to sha1 function this would be a solution for all characters.
