LD thinning requirement? #46

Regarding PRS-csX, is LD thinning necessary before inputting SNP information into the program, or can we directly include all SNP information? Thanks.

We do not recommend any filtering/pruning. PRS-CSx is designed to model full genome-wide summary statistics.
