Minor changes to support installation in AKS clusters.
Bump Argo images to support emissary executor and use it as a default (same as for KFP>=1.7.1)
Downgraded MinIO (as previously used did not supported gateway feature anymore)
Added support for environment variables for MLflow (needed by Azure deployments)
