Migrate to kedro 0.17+ #58

@em-pe Should we abandon <0.17 altogether?

Hi @jacobweiss2305, this feature was actually about dropping support of kedro 0.16, and plugin supports kedro 0.17.x as well. We haven't checked plugin with the exact version of 0.17.4, but we have used it successfully with other versions, so I am fairly sure it will work.

@jacobweiss2305 I'm using the plugin on 0.17.4, everything works as expected
