Add default path configuration and content templates for common IndieWeb post types:

Got most of these covered with basic defaults, but repost is likely to be more difficult as involves replicating content from a remote source, and not quite sure where the replicated data should sit, and how consistently formatted it will be. Something to tackle as part of supporting webmention, maybe.

Support for repost post type potentially addressed by/with #147.
