I am using Kaiwa with ejabberd on the backend. I am currently experiencing an issue where when I sign in the user roster updates and displays the correct status for all users. Then, after a seemingly random time period all users are displayed as offline. After this occurs users begin appearing online again one by one after their status has changed, but the majority of users who are still online display as offline.
I am unable to find any documentation for Kawai so I am unsure as to how to start troubleshooting this issue.
