Coalsece in im thumb driver #110

Added coalesce in the im thumb driver. Without it gifs with animation are distorted (http://www.imagemagick.org/script/command-line-options.php#coalesce). This could be dependent on my ImageMagick version. The one I was using: ImageMagick 6.9.1-10 Q16 x86_64 2015-09-11

I just added it to the develop branch.
