Fix sortBy() with accents #246

This fix was reversed in Kirby 2.4.1 as it apparently caused additional issues. See commit https://github.com/getkirby/toolkit/commit/0065cb4d15fce0129d0b96077bac7136529c9b90. Please let us know if you know a more robust solution. We'd need unit tests to prove the behavior though.
