Show language switcher when multilang #18

If the user uses multiple languages (#1), a language switcher is required to test it on the frontend.

We decided to start with the single language installation only for now. But this will definitely be needed once we support multiple languages in the demo as well.

I got it 👍 I think let's enable multi language as soon as possible again.
