Make `pretty: false` the Default (for Out of the Box Structure Compatibility) #197

I was about to write a bug report about how Editor doesn't work correctly in a Structure field, but came across #143.

As mentioned by @PatricB in https://github.com/getkirby/editor/issues/143#issuecomment-564933550, it have been very helpful with pretty: false was simply the default for Editor to avoid running into this again.
